I recently finished a courtroom drama / puzzle game: Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney. Wikipedia has got this to say about the game:
Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney, is a visual novel video game for the Nintendo DS. It is the fourth video game in the Ace Attorney series.
Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney is the first game in the series to be developed specifically for the DS as opposed to being a port of a game originally for the Game Boy Advance. As such, many of the techniques utilizing the DS touch screen and microphone features that were employed in the fifth case created specifically for the DS port of the first Ace Attorney video game are a fundamental part of Apollo Justice. Additionally, the graphics are notably improved and polished compared the original Ace Attorney, while still remaining similar.
What I liked about this game, besides its being a "lawyer game", is its original and well-written storyline, which sort of gives a different entertainment value to it. It appeals to those who believe in the good in everybody's hearts.
This game also hones one's skills in detecting contradictions in testimonies and statements. A very useful tool indeed, especially in "our" world. I confront them with their lies...)
Another added value, I suppose, is that it makes you shout things like "Objection!" and "Gotcha!" (towards the DS' microphone) to advance in the game. A good tension-reliever, I guess...
In the end, what the player would want is to discover the truth and have another "Not Guilty" verdict for his fictional client...

Di magandang feeling kasi 'yun, mahirap matulog kapag alam mong may nagawa kang masama. Kaya nga, "sorry" is one of my most-used word e. But then again, this is only applicable to people who have a so-called conscience.

P.S.
If you know me, then you would be wise to think that I rarely have the courage to tell that person that it is his fault.
